How to Order (Order Form Below)

1. Choose your custom grip, stick color, length of stick and indicate if you want the vinyl end cap installed. (You may want to shorten your stick once you receive it and install the end cap yourself once you are satisfied with the length. If so, I will include the end cap with instructions to install it.

2. If you are ordering more than 7 stock sticks, please submit another Order Form for the additional stock sticks needed.

3. If there are multiple people that are consolidating an order please indicate at the bottom of the Order Form that it is a Consolidated Order.

4. Click the SUBMIT button on the Order Form Below. (There is NO OBLIGATION in sending your completed Order Blank). I do not hand craft your custom stock stick until your payment has been received.

5. Once I receive your completed Order Blank, I will check for the best shipping rate and will email you a summary of your order with price quote which will include the shipping cost. (You are NOT obligated in any way). I will hold your stock stick materials for 15 days, and if your payment is not received, I will return the materials to our supply for other orders).

6. When I receive your payment (see the Payment Options), I will hand craft your custom stock stick(s). If I have unusual situations that may cause delays (lambing season Feb-Mar), trials, Holiday Season, etc., I will note that on the quote that I email to you.

7. I will send you an updated email when I ship and will include the estimated delivery date and the Tracking Number.

8. Please remember that PHF Custom Stock Sticks are not intended for retail resale of any kind.

NOTE: Estimated Production/Ship out time changes:

I make stock sticks when payment has been received. There are certain times during the year that production may slow down a bit.....lambing (Mar-Apr), mid Spring/Fall trial season, and December pre-Holiday.

If you need your stock stick by a specific date, please make sure that you email that information to me. I will do everything I can to get your stock stick shipped as soon as possible but I cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time unless you allow ample time for production and shipping to your location.

1. Due to new shipping surcharges now in effect, 47" is the maximum length of stock stick I can ship. 2. Be sure to review the Estimated Production/Ship out time above.

Unfortunately, due to a major water leak, we will be closed Aug 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025 (estimated) for restoration and repairs. We will not be taking new orders during this time.
